In the rare event that your Ace is unavailable due to illness or an emergency, we’ll deduct the missed hours from your invoice. We can also arrange for a backup Ace if needed.
4. Can I hire my Ace directly?
We love that you’d want to!! This is a common request, but our Aces are an essential part of our team and are not available for direct hire. Rest assured, you'll continue receiving excellent support from your dedicated Ace(s) as part of our ongoing partnership!
